Our Team

I have been involved with the Sunderland All Together Consortium CIO since 2016.

I am passionate about transformative youth work that brings about positive and meaningful change for young people.

I have over 25 years of experience in youth work in the city and I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to develop personally and professionally in a city that values young people; working in our youth work sector and studying with the Community and Youth Work team at the University of Sunderland.

I have been directly involved with the Consortium since September 2024.

I have several years of experience in grassroots youth work and I am currently studying on the BA (Hons) Community and Youth Work Degree Apprenticeship at the University of Sunderland.

I am passionate about fostering safe, inclusive spaces and committed to making a lasting, positive impact on the lives of young people in Sunderland.

I have been a member of the team at The Sunderland All Together Consortium CIO since March 2024.

I have over 25 years experience within the business administration and finance industry.

I have a very positive approach to my work and to helping the Consortium and our members transform the lives of young people in Sunderland.

I have been in post since November 2024. My previous experience has included working for Durham County Council in their early years sector, The University of Sunderland, Northumbria Police, Sunderland College and various training organisations.

My experience in workforce development has spanned over 30 years!

I'm looking forward to preparing and delivering a comprehensive training programme that meets our membership's training needs.
