The Holiday, Activities and Food (HAF) Programme
Since the inception of the Department for Education holiday activity programme in 2019, our Consortium has worked collaboratively to deliver a range of activities across the City of Sunderland.
The Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme is a Department for Education (DfE) funded programme of activities for children and young people from Reception to Year 11, during the school holidays (Winter, Spring, and Summer) eligible for Free School Meals (FSM), benefits related.
It offers a range of FREE physical and creative activities to some of the most in-need children and young people in Sunderland and the programme is free for those eligible and healthy meals and snacks are included.
