Care Experienced Project
This project is new for 2024 and aims to mentor young people who are care experienced and join them on their journey to happy, independant living.
Our network of members enables a multitude of signposting opportunities too! everything from boxing to food support, volunteering to CV writing workshops.
We will support young care experienced people to lead fulfilled lives, working with them every step of the way and using youth work skills to raise aspirations.
This project is funded by Together for Children Sunderland.
